There is not every day the RCES are honored with such an important visitor. There is not every day we hear the background of our governing District Governor, Peter Malhotra. So, we learned about his humble beginnings, his professional back-grounds, his way through a number of knuckle hardening jobs in various fields until he found his vocation in journalism – today. He is the father-owner of the Pattaya Mail, Pattaya Blatt and the Pattaya TV – in short PMTV Group of Companies are for the English speaking Pattaya residents the most high profile center of public information for the local residents at large.
